Takasago is the original brand of Kiyasho Shuzō, preceding Jikon and the ascension of Oni-san as tōji. As a way to pay respect to his family history, he decided to breathe new life in this brand a few years ago. With more acidity than Jikon, Oni-san summarizes the difference between the two brands: Jikon can be enjoyed by itself, but Takasago will shine more when drunk with food. Pairs well wherever an aromatic white would work.
