If there ever was an alcoholic beverage that appealed to all, it would be yuzushu. But not all yuzushu are created equal. We are offering here an artisanal version, made with the Nakashima Jōzō sake from Gifu and yuzu juice from the Umaji village in Kōchi, a prefecture renowned for its citrus production. This grown up lemonade can be drunk on its own, on the rocks or with soda for a quick and easy cocktail.
